Q:  How many girls will be allowed per class

For space and qaulity control we only allow 20 persons per class

Q: What type of fitness shape do I need to be in.

A: This program is tailored to fit everyone from women who haven’t exercised in a while to women that are athletic. All exercises have progressions, so you won’t feel overwhelmed. Unless the doctor has recommended you not to exercise or if you fail a parq exam which will be included in your start up package, than get ready to get into the best shape of your life

Q: Do I need MMA experience?

 A: No, we will teach you a syllabus that is easy to follow, with simple to understand progressions.

Q: Is this a MMA class or a fitness Boot camp:
A: This is more a fitness Boot camp that is based around MMA workouts. You will learn some techniques but it is made for conditioning.

Q: Is this full contact, do I have to fight:
A: You strike targets, Bags and drill. There is no sparring. It is a fitness based boot camp

Q: Is it repetitive:
A: NO, defiantly no, we will always challenge you with new programs, and meathods to keep you motivated and give you the results you want.

Q: What is the coach’s background?
A: Bobby has been a certified personal trainer for 9 years and a Martial arts instructor for 18 years. He is also a pro MMA coach. He will also be assisted by other certified trainers with backgrounds in martial arts. please check out the coaches page for info on our other great coaches.

Q: Will I lose weight or bulk up?
A: You will constantly have your heart rate up and doing more metabolic training which will increase your strength and keep you lean and toned, with a great increase to your cardio fitness.
